please help a brother oo.... i load my aliexpress with a friends card for 50$ and it just enter. so i tried loading 20$ then it came up with sorry you cant complete payment. then i tried another card. so browsing from my system now. nasooo i see the appeal unna dy talk about oo.

my question is, without the appeal i wont be able to make any purchase at all? even direct payment and to complete my with the 50$ i have. and also i really dont know how to go about the appeal please.
