A woman who was caught having sex with her boyfriend while waiting for a pepperoni pizza in Domino’s has said she was hoping for a slap on the wrists after being question by the police

Daniella Hirst, 28, and Craig Smith, 31, were seen on CCTV bonking against the counter in the fast-food shop in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.

Miss Daniella Hirst from Bridlington, East Yorkshire, was voluntarily interviewed under caution after the footage of her and boyfriend Craig Smith’s rendezvous in the pizza chain was shared online.

She was questioned for 90 minutes at Scarborough police station this week over claims she had outraged public decency because her bum was visible in the video which she described as ‘hardly the crime of the century’. Craig,31, who appeared full dressed throughout, was not asked for interview.

She told The Sun on Sunday : ‘I’m hoping for a slap on the wrist. I’m gutted it’s got this far

‘There’s bigger and better things going on in the world to get into trouble for. This was just a bit of fun.

‘Maybe we shouldn’t have done it but what’s done is done. I’ll take whatever consequences come my way but I’d be shocked if this went as far as court.’

The couple from Bridlington in East Yorkshire had been drinking all day before heading to a branch of the pizza chain in Scarborough.

A short clip apparently showed barmaid Daniella performing a sex act on her boyfriend while staff prepared their order oblivious to what was happening.

When the video initially surfaced Miss Hirst said: ‘If your trying to tell me ya av never got a bit frisky in a random or public place then ya f****** boring haha.’

A North Yorkshire Police spokeswoman confirmed Daniella had attended a voluntary interview. She was not arrested.
