What do you mean by microphone isn't working?
People can't hear you when you make a call?

Eliminate the possibility that it's a software issue:
-Reboot
- Update to the latest version
-Do the mic test: Setting --> About phone --> Kernel version --> tap 4 times and start the mic test
-Factory Reset
- Force your device to portrait mode(take a picture or record a video) so it uses the main mic
-Use a headphone with a mic
-Turn off On Google detection
-Try to clean the mic (it's the small hole beneath the phone) with a pin

If all these don't work then it's most likely a hardware issue.
The mic chip might be detachable so you'll need to solder it.

here is the gist bro, the cards that i was asked to upload. it been so very long i tried buying with them. like january. just last night i was able to buy the alipocket of 50$. so am just confused. i am just logging in on my PC for the first time and i just see say i get appeal.

i will do the appeal tho.but hopefully there is no special way to go about it apart from upload of the required documents?

Update to latest rom, it should be fine after that. It seems like a software glitch
