I guess this is not far from the truth. this should be viewed as the remote cause of Police bribery and other acts. They appear to be far below their counterparts. too too poor especially for the lower ranks where two or three combined ranks can not make up to the pay of a senior officer. Hum Dont think i can take that and be exposed to the kind of risk they face
