.Have you tried again? What is/was the error message received? Sign in using a desktop browser to ascertain if you're to appeal or it's just network ish.
If you're to Appeal, then, get pictures of your card (front and back) but blur some digits there for security reasons.
2) any Government issued ID and
3) Statement of account of the said card
