People wil die of hate towards PMB!anything that involves corruption fight gives them heart attack,If PMB wants to intimidate and harrass Ozhekome he won't obey the court ruling and nothing will happen.Whn has it become a crime for anti corruption agency to act whn they feel that a proccess of pure transaction has been flawed?Must they win all cases that is why the court is there to interprete laws.The fact that they acted responsively is not a license to ridicule the presidency.MUMU PEOPLE!

the efcc act made it clear that
1.the agency must be independent.
2.the efcc must investigate any case-invite suspect if need arise-before executing any action against the individual
3.the constitution of Nigeria made it clear that "no one is above the constitution"unless you want to return to military regime.
4.failure to obey court order attracts more penalties.

I'd keep on saying it. EFCC under Magu is nothing but a vindictive, compromised and a fiery tool of oppression unleashed by the government on those who stand up against their sheer idiocy and excesses!

Thank goodness for our learned Justices.

Since James Ibori was convicted under same charges of which he was acquitted by a Nigerian Court, I have learnt to treat all Rulings or Judgments obtained by high profile individuals from Nigerian courts with circumspect. The Judgments may be tainted with proceeds of corruption.

Looks like you support the Draconian style of this govt. It's so good & easy to watch people being dragged down till it happens to you, then you will run to the same court to help you.
