Nurses use stethoscopes na.
It also depends on the specialty as some use it more than others.
Though Drs tend to use it more and hence carry it about on their necks.
I'm still waiting for the day the metal piece of the end of the stethoscope will mistakenly hit and break someone's teeth..
Na joke o. I don't want anyone's teeth broken, but then again the dentists must chop too.

Why is it that male Nurses like to pose as Doctors? Look at the picture, who is hanging stethoscope around his neck?

This is not to say that Nurses do not use stethoscope, but people who have been exposed to the workings in a hospital setting will understand what I wrote

Then you do not understand anything about the real hospital setting, who told they don't use stethoscope or stethoscope is particularly made for doctors. Doctor use stethoscope for medical assessment, nurses use stethoscope too for nursing assessment in order to carry out their nursing actions in a scientific way. Ok, I understand what you wrote, is that all? That was why I said you should Learn more about the use of stethoscope by both doctors(either male or female) and nurses(either male or female). Perhaps, if you get any where it was written why a nurse should not handle a stethoscope, hang it around their necks or( wherever) or to snap with a stethoscope. You can by that time get back to me.
