i will never forget the day i stole rice from mums house to cook after we finished eating garri and i needed to eat rice badly because it was stolen we couldnt cook it with stove to prevent parents from seeing it i use electric heater in our room, then we went out to play outside it was when our house maid went in to get something that he notice the smoke .... omo see scream........ we almost lost our house that day my dear.... trust nigerian parents fear no allow me sleep for house that night had to sleep on the corridor to avoid being seen the whole day 7 Likes 1 Share |

Almost stabbed my elder brother with a big knife when i was six, i remember it well. At 8 was going it touch the red hot fuse in a transformer. At 6 again tried to hold the blade of a blender and turned it on. Buried a chicken alive for over 5 minutes to see how long it could hold its breath and it came out alive. 11 Likes 1 Share |

I saw the sign of rain...the darkness, the wind everything... But I still went on to climb that roof...make I run repair this roof make I dey go...the roof was extremely dusty owing to months of dry season.... Na so rain start ooo...the whole roof dey draw like ogbono soup...I couldn't move na so I just sit on top the ridge of the house dey pray dey beg God for another chance He heard me...the rain stopped and I got down and I'm not trying it again This happened last month 33 Likes 6 Shares |

When I was in secondary school many years ago, in my ss1 class, I collected my result and I was not promoted to ss2, my parents asked me about my result, I gave them some excuse and I told them I was promote to Ss2 but I was not promoted, when the school resumed I pack my belongings I went straight to SS2 class and sit down, throughout the term nobody notice or question me even the class teacher, I was so afraid but I get away with it. For me, i was such a stubborn child who believed that all thing are possible and also believed that i can do so many dangerous things my peers cannot do. My mother really suffered in my hand cos it was everyday a new trouble. One of the most dangerous risks i took back then that still send this chill over me till now was the one i took at our village river. The river is a deep one and only the brave ones swim in it. One night, there was a very heavy rainfall and the river overflown its bank and I and my friends went for our usual adventure. We were standing on the local bridge that linked the river to the way to our community farmland. The river was flowing very very fast under the bridge and we were contemplating if it was possible for one to jump through the bridge and swim to the bank of the river. With my over-possibility mind, I told them that i can do and there is nothing there. Before u can say Jack Robinson, I've removed my clothes and fiaaaammmm i jumped into the fast flowing river. Immediately, the river carried me, i lost control. It carried me under the bridge. Fortunately, i don't even kw hw it happened, i caught one Indian Bamboo the was used as a support to the bridge. By then my friends have all ran away and the water was entering inside my through any available opening in my body. I was getting exhausted hoping for a help to come. I was about losing my grip when one man coming back from his farm appeared, threw away his load and came for my rescue. That was how God saved my. The worst is that once i passed the bridge, there was a very deep and dark place we believed that dangerous see animals live. I would have been devoured there. There are so many other dangerous risks i took while growing up of which if i start telling them here u will wonder the kind of child i was. My parents consolation was that i was very intelligent in school and cant take 2nd position as pass. It's either 1st or i will remain outside till my parents come to beg me to come back home. 14 Likes |

Opening the fuel tank of my Uncle's bus and lighting it up just to see whether it will catch fire,was so scared I had to summon all the air in my lungs to blow it out..On hindsight I believe am alive today probably because it's a diesel and not a petrol tank.. 6 Likes 1 Share |

During my teenage age(16 specifically), my friend gave me "touch and follow" jazz, i thought it was fake until i tried to test it. I rub it on my hand and went to school. On getting there, after first period, i just touched a girl that has been forming hard to get with my hand and told her to sit on my seat, She obliged and sat. we both put our head on the desk and i started squeezing her boobs and i fingered her there in class. Unexpectedly a teacher came in and told others to be quiet, walked to my seat and told us to stand up. There i was with a hard c*ck , and my girl with her top shirt button open and skirt above normal level. We were later suspended for three days and we were punished. lol...I remember when i was a kid (btwn 7 and 10),if anyone beats me or shout at me ,i will write a very long letter and want to kill me (i'd hold the note and knife with serious crying )till someone saw me then everybody will start pampering,begging and buying me things so i took advantage and turned it to an everyday thing ... Dad was a military man so he wasn't always with me ,till the day i tried dat RUBBISH with my old boy ,the man brought out ALL the knives in the house that i must kill myself oh by force ,matchetes ,pen knives ,razor blade ,kitchen knives even dat short type they use in cuttin bones in d market .i started begging the old man dat i dnt want to die again .My dad,mum and siblings said i must commit dat suicuide oh after enough MILITARY beating ,d man took me 2 d guard room to sleep over ...MY BRETHEN,THAT WAS MY BIGGEST RISK IN LIFE SO FAR. 15 Likes 1 Share |

I've done some things when I was young because of my inquisitive mind. I often pondered what was inside an egg. So I decided to try something out, I took an egg and threw it at my dad's car tire so I could see what's inside. I was disappointed to see some liquid stuff. But I was scolded for it. Another one was when I put my finger inside those local engine used for grinding melon. The thing squeeze my finger anyhow. The nails of that finger lookss different from the other. Another occasion was when I placed a hot iron on my younger sister's lap to see what's like. Omo her skin buuurrrnn.. I receive correct beating for that. 3 Likes |

fowosteppy21: Wow! Almost same as mine but... My dad was bed ridden... You know this 2 bedroom design where the 2 rooms are opposite each other connected by a short passage. It was early in the morning maybe like 6am or 6:30...so visibility was low in the passage. From my dads sick bed in one of the rooms (door open) he noticed a black rope at the edge of the wall in the adjoining passage and he called me to check it out. I came close and bent down to look at this black rope; but since visibility was bad I couldn't see well.... Next thing I do is I pick this black rope up to my face to take a good look at it... Still couldn't understand if it was a rope or something else... So I dropped it back on the floor and went to get lantern. My brother by the time I got back with the lamp, the rope hade disappeared. Can u believe this was how I knew it wasn't a rope but a snake. I had to evacuate my father from the room and swung into search mode. I found it poured kerosene on it, it started loosing it's scales as it tried to evade arrest. I killed it sha.... Thank God the snake wasn't angry with me the time I picked it up with my bare hands. 6 Likes |
