Very erroneous perspective. I think you should read more on Man and its history. There is nothing limited in nature, so your perception of 'unavailability' and 'vacancy' is a subset of the mind, which is a very limited faculty. When you identify yourself as what you truly are, you will understand that man, is a stateless being and no one has the right to tell another where to live on this planet, how to gather themselves and what to do.

Constitution is not binding except you decide to live under a certain law. I personally do not think there is any known Agreement in existence to proof that I signed up to be a Nigerian at birth. Yesterday, I read online how foodstuff and other items where donated to victims of Fulani attacks, YET, there was no mention that there is any investigation on these killings.
