I'd like to say that Nigerians are a wicked lot because... we only got to know this because it came out in the news.. do you know how many have gone unreported and how many still continue. How many of you care to notice the number of pre-teen children out on the streets pregnant and going to clubs and sleeping with tailors, bus conductors, traders, landlords etc. |

It seems the magistrates there are mad. One month for kidnap and rape of a child? That judge needs to be sent to prison with the pedophile, because its obvious they are cohorts. We need the judiciary purged of every corrupt element. Before Nigeria can be truly free of corruption, we need a justice system that is impermeable to corruption. |

WTF! This man has commited 3 offences, first is abduction, that's an offence! 2nd is rape! Forcifully raping someone/someone not up to 18 years of age warrants 10 years improsement, and if you get into physical fight or rape someone and the person doesn't live for the next week, its proven legally and scientifically that the injury must have led to the death. 1 month punishment is just senseless, I'll be candid!
