They just go there to enjoy the "delicacies" of office. Imagine a country without consumer protection. I loaded Airtel of 200 naira yesterday just to make a call and bingo, they took 30 naira for what I don't know. They evn had the guts to congratulate me for taking my money to subscribe for what I don't know. May God punish Airtel abundantly for that thing they keep doing. Nice one bro. That was how someone used my ATM card to make a payment of #21,0000 through the POS in my hostel room and I didn't know until when I checked my account balance then I noticed it. Please my fellow nairalanders can someone use your atm card without knowing your pin?

That useless bank called GTB. They charge you for every transaction, especially if you operate a current account. I have decided to stop using my account there.

Please don't get me angry o!

Gtbank debited 5k and lied the customer has collected it after filling their stupid reversal form. The reversal as never done and they claimed the customer has used the money. Let me just keep the story short, it was a long drag oo being that the victim works in a chamber. In fact Gtbank called my house (landline) to speak with her, trying to resolve th issue and calming her down.

They are all thieves.
In most cases it's not the bank's corporate policy to wrongly charge customers...it is actually as a result of the dishonesty of the people who work there which is a reflection of the larger society from which these individuals are employed undecided

Oh my goodness, GT Bank has always been a good bank. Maybe something went wrong. It's only that bank with a blue theme that is known for having excellent skills in ridiculous deductions and stealing of customer's money.

That's First Bank for you

No na! if actually it happened then it means someone really close to you knows your PIN details and did the transaction.

Trash!!!! what then did u gain? For you, as a human not an animal to payback this way you narrated that means something too is wrong.
1. How can a non-animalistic character/behaviour use toilet without flushing?
2. that innocent staff u collected biro from, what seed have u sowed there?
3. You have blocked others who may in one way or the other be in desperate need of biro or other assistance.

Diamond Bank debited me unduly but I complained through mail, it didn't last long as they apologised, then recredited me.
You would have laid complains....
