Alaje in Nov.2014 in the reconciliaty meeting of Pentecostal fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) for assemblies of God held in Benin, exonerated prof Paul Emeka from every embezzlement charges.

If you're following this saga you did agree with me that on the 6th of March 2014, they said Paul was suspended because he took the church to court, the church lawyers advised them that they were wrong that the suit filed never mention assemblies of God but individuals like osueke, chidi and co. They change topic to embezzlement, pfn invited on November 2014 at Benin, under the chairmanship of Rev. Ayo Oritejafor also with Uma Ukapi in attendance (names are mention so you can verify) there,they were asked to provide documented transactions of the embezzlement, Amawo and Alaje said they left their file in the car, they were told to fetch it since the car is parked within the premises, Aleje the Genral Treasurer confessed that Paul never tooķ a dime from the church as he is not a sole signatory to any church account. From that day the story changed to fake professorship. That one didn't hold water, now they are using SC name to attack churches and secretraite.
Before you accuse anybody of anything make sure u 've evidence otherwise you will pay dearly in this life and also the life to come. Jesus said that we must give account of everything we said..let it sink into ur consciousness that we 're careful of our statements.

I 've been a member of the church before Chidi joined umuahia divinity school, I was part of the team that brought him to onitsha in year 2000. nothing in AG now is new to me. Chidi was a student to Prof Emeka back then in school and he knows very well he cannot challenge in anywhere be it ; moral, accedemics, spiritual and pastoral.

Justice Paul Adamu Galinje, Justice Ejembi Eko, Justice Kudirat Motonmori Olatokunbo Kekere Ekun, and Justice Clara Ogunbiyi, of the Supreme Court
in a unanimous judgement resolved all the issues brought before them by Rev. Prof Paul Emeka in favour of the General Council.


The Court held that the issue of fundamental human rights brought by Rev Prof. Paul Emeka does not hold water and thus the enforcement he sought cannot be applied on Assemblies of God leadership.


The judgment was in response to Rev Prof. Emeka's appeal against the Court of Appeal's judgement that upheld his suspension by the General Council. Rev. Prof. Paul Emeka took the General Council, to an High Court where the Court ruled in his favour. But the Appeal Court upturned the judgement of the High Court, prompting Rev Prof. Paul Emeka to head to the Supreme Court where the learned Justices upheld the judgment of the Court Appeal.


The implication is;

1) That the General Council did not violate his rights by suspending him so he has no case and should thus serve the suspension placed on him.


2) The judgement upheld the decision of the General Council - meaning that the General Council was right in appointing an acting GS when he was placed on suspension and in the subsequent election of a new Exco at the expiration of the term of the Exco led by Rev Prof.Paul Emeka.

3) The case was not against Chidi but Chidi was joined as an interested party. Chidi here represents the office of GS and the exco led by him.


The judgement calls for sober reflections and reconciliation. Those denying the judgement are not helping matters because it will bring the Church to the fore again if the General Council files contempt charges against the complaint.


This case in my thinking will reenergize AG to seek God the more in making critical decisions.

why was the latter for enforcement not shown to anybody before breaking into the property? where has dat one happened before?
How legal was it for the police to supervise the breaking of a padlock which a court used in sealing a place. so police is above the law, if it were legal don't you think they should come with the key to the padlock since the same court that is recovering whatever, locked the same place?

Court judgements are the property of the litigants. But judicial pronouncements are public knowledge. i didnt file the summons for both parties and can only be in position of the ruling of the learned justices if any or both parties avail me the judgement. I can came about this information by way of public knowledge


Asking me to show the judgement is akin to asking a pastor to prove he attended bible school before preaching on sunday, or a cab driver to show his drivers licence before boarding a taxi, or a doctor to show his certificate before attending to patients.


Indeed there was a pronouncement by the Supreme Court. Only the Police or coercive instrument of the state is expected to execute the judgement. How they execute it will depend on prevailing circumstances. However, the Police need not be drawn into the matter if Rev Prof. Paul Emeka comply's with the judgement. And lastly anybody found in the Evangel House not on the orders of Rev Chidi's Exco after the Court judgement is seen as an intruder and could be treated as same.
You are miles away from reality and as such should not sound as an authority over what u 're absolutely ignorant about. As a matter of fact, the judgement documents are now a public knowledge since Chidi okorafor used his blog;promise uzoma okoro to publish it, he also publish it in the same guy's Facebook wall. Now, the judgement declared the appeal verdict as Obiter dictum and struck out Paul Emeka foundermental human right suit. Thereby asking Emaka to reserve Chidi. Note that struck out is not same as dismissed(u May need the services of a lawyer to teach u this).

Does that judgment dat used Obiter also upheld the same appeal judgment. That's why I asked you to upload ur evidence and stop deceiving the public with grammar.
