The Ogudu G.R.A I know isn't an unsecured environment like it is published in that article! It is a very serene environment with a very tight security! For me I classify it to be safer than lekki phase one!

OPC terrorised that area in the early 2000's.

If by secure you mean a place that requires ethnic vigilante group to maintain security then I won't even give it a glance.
Re: Where Is The Safest Place In Nigeria To Have Landed Properties? by IsheriNorthGRA: 7:13am On Apr 12, 2017
Goldedprince, you can try Isheri North GRA, Lagos.

1. You can get a land at the the first gate for as low as 14m naira.

2. No 'omo onile' problem.

2. 10-15 minutes to Ikeja.

3. Easy access to the Lagos island.

4. Traffic has been eradicated at Ojodu-Berger.

Although, there were cases of kidnap at secluded part of the estate but it is contained now with Lagos Metro Police and RRS stationed in the estate to patrol 24/7.

You can also visit the link on my signature for pictures and video the Isheri Estates Community.

i will like to know the safest place in nigeria to buy a landed property.
please give a few reasons why you prefer the area you mentioned.
by safest, i mean an area where there is less robbery, less cult activities, less kidnap activities etc.
an area you can do things freely and not get scared that your neighbors or group of people might be planning to rob or harm you for any reason.
will welcome sincere opinions.
areas around lagos, abuja, calabar prefered

thanks

come to Badagry, Legos. We mind our business and love peace

Jos to me is the safest, of course certain parts of Jos, which is no go for crises and the rate of crime is .1%. Besides most of the big shorts in Nigeria own properties there.

That's a good question before you invest in landed property in Nigeria.

Try Orlu in Imo state; land is cheap here, but the city is very large and thickly populated, with propensity to become another industrial hub in the east after nearby Nnewi.
