Neoteny occurs in nature. Its a phenomenon whereby underdeveloped creatures (babies) exhibit certain physical traits and cues to naturally induced the adult creatures to see it (the baby) as something to be protected/nurtured at all cost. That explain the big eyes of babies of so many species including primates. Other physical traits that might elicit this protective move is smooth skin. Also the tone of a babies voice does the same. Women have taken this natural protective mechanism and hijacked it to extract resources and affection from men.The modern woman has mastered the art of artificial neoteny. The multi-billion dollar make-up industry is geared towards making women look like babies with big eyes and smooth skin; A lot of women talk in an unnatural baby-like voice when they want something from men. The list is endless. As a sure man you have to know and understand how women use artificial neoteny to manipulate men.
