lol thanks. I have tried Google and found very useful workout plans with great exercise and diet plans. But the thing is, their weight loss plans I see are designed for oyinbo people. Where will I see pork, lamb, bacon, salmon, trout to buy in the market?

Can you suggest "Nigerian" diet plans to me, please?
