Though no pain,cramp or spotting but I just needed something to assure me lil bean is OK....I called my gynea the man said until Tuesday won go do scan hubby said no way.....Chai am just here praying for vomiting to show face.

You need to see how much I envy u mamas with no MS.
I still vomit at 17weeks but not frequent. Na so the thing do me with my son and left at 20weeks.
Between week 5 and 13, I vomit 3-5times daily, with complete weakness, lost of appetite and excessive spitting. Lost over 15kg in the process. Now am dangling at 69kg from 85kg.
The only difference now is I can eat, but still choosy.
If u are fortunate enough not to experience all this brouhaha pls stop touch lighting and looking for trouble.

My cappo that is looking for MS wehdone ma. I've not really had MS since i became preggy just bouts of tiredness and not being able to eat sometimes but i had a very big tummy that ppl were noticing already. Then last week i noticed i was very strong ate diff kinds of food and my tummy went flat like flat at first i wasn't really worried until dh said its my stomach is too flat unlike before. That was how anxiety took over o i couldn't sleep till the sonographer told me msdam ur baby is OK and i saw him wit my korokoro eyes squirming and moving around and then i believed him. Abeg there's nothing wrong with baby jor. Just remain calm and see ur doc on Tuesday. We FTM and anxiety are like 5 and 6.

dont worry baby will come when baby is ready to come. They say its +/- 2 weeks but some come bang on their due dates and some even bf. When it starts getting to/past 42weeks thats when u r offiially postterm.

You are in my prayers (for some reason your moniker keeps popping in my head) same as your twinnie.

Kpekus well, it works... That was the only thing recommended by my Docs during my 40th week ante-natal... Did the doo and saw my mucus plug the following morning... Baby came 40w3days... Tho, kpekus at this time is not easy but just try... Save the energy for walking and climbing stairs for the real deal, those things made my baby more comfortable then...

Another thing is that you might be having painless contraction... It deceived me too... While in the L & D, I did not have painful contractions until labour was augmented... Check more these signs... #e-hugs

Don't go and be inducing anything. Just a little while longer, May is already here. Just have sex, heard the prostaglandin in sperm helps soften the cervix but it doesn't get you into labour because of the quantity I guess. Then eat pineapple, dates, Zobo moderately it will help prepare you. Then walking also helps but since you have swollen feet, you are supposed to stay off your feet to help with the swells. While laying put pillow underneath your feet and while sitting place your feet on a stool to help raise the legs. Sorry eh! Dont worry God gat us!

Baby is just relaxed and chilling. No single sign of labour apart from the cramps I get when I drink Zobo. Yesterday's scan she weighed 3.9kg . I'm done walking or climbing stairs. Induction date booked for 20th.

Induction date 20th, no wonder you dash the date gimme. Just hope and trust in God to help you through it all, dont be scared dont be too anxious and rest your nerve. It is well with you

I think you should, cos whether you've enough calcium in your system or not, the baby draws same from your body....For me I have been using calcium as far back as 18weeks and still using same @ 38 weeks plus.

according to my own mathematics not having enough calcium might be the cause for most of the body aches, especially joints, ribs etc and also make sure to always take your drugs

my baby's eyes too were not bright and a part was even red but with time everything cleared n his eyes r now very white. I also took him out for early morning sun once or twice when I remembered to.
How long ago was he circumcised? What my nurse to told me to do was soak a small towel in slightly hot water and squeeze it over his something each time I bathe him. I think my mum did that for a couple of weeks. Then I applied penicillin ointment at each diaper change until d ring fell off.
The part around d ring also looked whitish(but not oozing pus o!). The nurse said to bring him in if he was bleeding.
But it's always safer to err on the side of caution. Pls take him to d Hosp if u're not comfortable. Or call ur doc n explain everything to him if u hv his num

for me, i was overweight at the time i was preg, i was put under the care of a nutritionist (worst part she couldnt decipher why I was in her care cos my food diary actually did show i wasnt binging on food or making unhealthy food choices). There were times in the first trimester that I would go days without eating because I forgot to eat (I was a lecturer then and had loads to do) my nutritionist had to caution me when she found out and also rebuked me for not taking ebough calcium (she said i needed it and baby needs it and if baby isnt getting it, it will feed off my bones .. smthing like that sha).

Enjoy your preg self, eat what you feel like in moderation and bf you know it, baby wld b here.

ps my son weighed 3.5kg (7lbs 12.5oz) at birth and was told constantly that he was huge but no one cld actually tell me the exact weight each time i asked

Firstly, how old is your baby?
If his eyes are yellow please take him to the hospital fast.

As for the ring circumcision, when the doctor finished with my son, he told me not to apply anything to it. That I should leave it as it is and it will fall out within 7 - 10 days. The ring fell off in 7 days. I didn't notidebany puss like thing. So please see a doctor

Have you tried Ewedu, Jute leaves? I heard its works well for inducing labour.

What brand of calcium are you using? I thought once you take prenatals and take milk, eggs, and other nutritious food you don't need any other supplement.

My people long time oh. May God not allow mothers coming for omuguo give someone postpartum depression. Some mothers are very fun like mine. As soon as my husband went offshore my mother came over for omuguo that was when my stress started. The 1st evening she came I made rice for dinner she said she doesnt want rice that I should make eba for her I did after 1:30mins she said I should that I should add water to warm rice for her to eat that the rice is too hard without even testing it (assumption one of her major issues). I told her that both of us I dont know who is doing omuguo oh. She laughed. Next thing she said go and lock all the doors and close all curtains. In my mind I was like this is my house I know I will lock door before I sleep u dont have to say (she likes to be the one to tell u what to do (controlling attitude). Next day she wanted to cook pepper soup she started complaining I cant cook in this kitchen its too small for me. I cant wash in the bathroom she took the baby's cloth outside to wash. I dont like spreading clothes on hanger I like it directly under the sun on a line. I said pls put it on the hanger. She went to wash the bathroom and started bringing out bowl my dh use in washing the car and the bottle we put detergent to throw away that she doesnt like them. I said those are for my husband there is nothing wrong with it and i met them in the marriage.
She was in the sitting room and my son was sleeping. I was in the kitchen slicing pepper to fry egg. Next thing I heard her calling me from the room that I should bring the baby for her and she walked from the sitting room without carrying the child I told her there was pepper on my hand. I put my baby on my back with a wrapper.
She doesnt bath baby my neighbour that has given birth to 8children comes to bath him morning and evening. She said she doesnt know how to birth babies but she will not wake up to put water on fire for him and set everything for him to bath I will wake up to do that. She will go to her shop and come back 8:30pm and tell me to come and make food for her when I am about going to bed. When I am on the fone with Dh she will be upset and say how many hrs will u talk on the fone. When I am breast feeding she be like only one child u have given birth to see ur stomach why dont u have my kind of stomach. If u are not careful ur breast will fall. As in I got tired and stressed cos of her.

I had my bath and used little coconut oil to rub my body she just said I beg go inside and rub ur body as if she was talking to a 2yrs old.
