One innocuous moment 40 minutes into the game summed it up. Having advanced high into Chelsea's half, Herrera laid the ball off to Antonio Valencia on the right wing and - where a central midfielder might ordinarily be expected to generate some space for the return pass - then proceeded to totally neglect his attacking duties, instead casting frantic glances either side of him to see where Hazard had wandered to. Once the Chelsea man was located, Herrera hared over to him and put him back in his pocket. Job done.

Right now imho pogbas best position is cmf and herrera is better than him there, i dont trust him as a dmf and i also prefer playing mata or mhiki behind zlatan or rashford as strikers.

in sundays game herrera had the duty of distrupting hazard, fellaini was on matic while darmian was with pedro or so, this was supposed to allow dabberdinho to really influence the game but he failed. He was just there sha.

the only excuse for the 89million dabberlord is that we hope he is adapting and would be better in the next season.
