Guys, please what's the process of reevaluating Ielts test results? LRWS 8, 5.5, 7.5, 6.5 test taken 8th April. I'm not happy with these. Reading which was the easiest for me during the test turned out to be my lowest score. Any suggestions?

That's if you use a fixed deposit

you dont need a lawyer to witness it. A witness is someone who is present at the time of the transaction. when you finish preparing a deed , take it to the high court to get it stamped before a commissioner of oaths . However if you want to notorize the document you need a lawyer. i dont think you need to notorize the original of a gift deed . i wont notorize mine but its up to you.

A "signature of account details" letter will suffice. That's what I got from GTBank plus my 6 months statement of account. My letter was addressed to:
Central Intake Office (CIO)
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
Sydney, Nova Scotia
Canada.

I don't think you can return it just after u ve made ur submission. The reasons are as follows:

1. CIC will verify at a time u can't tell.

2. There has been cases where just before PPR u get a request for updated statements.

3. There has been cases where at point of entry (upon landing in Canada) the CIC officer will request for it, although this is rare but not impossible and they still ve d right to determine dat u r inadmissible at dat point.

So my advice is to leave it there ooo. Even after u receive the visa. After booking your flight to leave finally, u can print d statements like two days to ur take off date. Then u can return it.

As always, my seniors kindly confirm if dis is d best option.

Perks answered your question at the top of this page...and that's a very good answer. You have to keep the money there till you board your flight to Canada.

To be safe, wait till decision is made before making a withdrawal from the account.

Between ITA or between AOR AOR the letter you get after submitting your eAPR [remember you have 90 days to submit your eAPR].

Officially, the PR process is 6 months. Some people have gotten it quicker and some have gotten it much more later. So, it depends really.

Just ensure you tidy up your own end well i.e. make sure you submit all documents accurately, ticking all requirements and format. Leave the rest to Baba God. Shikena.

I assume they will use credible currency conversion webpages e.g oanda

To be safe though leave a bit of allowance i.e. + or - a few hundred Canadian dollars. Out of curiosity, I've just checked oanda and $15143CAD= N3,488,500....AS AT TODAY oooooo

I also scored 5.5 in reading which I still can't imagine how possible. Could it be that those guys make mistakes or what? The only thing I could think of on my part is that 'Just maybe' i skipped a line in the reading test and put the next answer in the wrong number.

However, I am yet to see anyone who requested EOR for listening and reading from 5.5 to 7. I really want to do that
