They do too. Even on your thread, I see some of you with complaints.

A quick Google Search will reveal that too.

Tecno phones seem expensive for two reasons.
1. Increase in cost of doing biz
2. Local and international advertising.

People get solutions from carlcare, especially if you show evidence of a warrantied device.

Even if you contact the seller, what can he do?
Send spare parts?
So you have to wait again for weeks.
What if the parts he sends is defective? You wait again.
Not cool.

Samsung is in Nigeria and their phones are even more expensive. Why isn't anyone saying anything?

In this same Nigeria, someone buys coke for 500.
You and I buy it for 100. The difference is value added bro.

I will take Xiaomi serious when I see them operating full fledgedly in Nigeria.

I personally respect your choice for obvious reason.

However, Tecno should get the vibe/feedback that Nigerians deserve better quality product, at a reasonable price for crying out loud!

My first Xiaomi redmi note 4x
This phone is dope and the Ba3 keeps giving me issues as its doesn't drain for me to charge twice in a day

When Xiaomi can't compete with either Tecno & Infinix in Africa. while Xiaomi is quite popular in Asia the price of their product would make people on a budget like me not to touch it with a ten foot pole.

What does dual camera bring to the table? Single cameras still sh*ts on dual cams. Example is how S7 and Pixel sh*ts on iPhone 7 plus even though the latter was released in fall.

N.B. Lenovo, Vivo, Oppo amongst others already have front dual cameras in their phone lineups

Depends on your choice of screen size, for 5.5 inch get the Redmi note 4x, for 6.44 inch get the Mi max.

Then grab it fast if you can. Have bought a total of 4 Mi Max within 4 months, trust me, it's on a league of its own, it is quite intimidating, it gives me the assurance that in a few years time, large screen will be the way to go.

Commenting with a xiaomi redmi 4a. A mid range phone with superb quality. Anybody can bad mouth the phone for all I care, one thing I am so sure of is, I have got a real value for money.

once you have a feel of xiaomi phone, you just won't stop asking for more. Already intending to upgrade to a higher flagship xiaomi phone.
