I go with your point ...have you seen the high rate divorce now? Basically pretence is one of the main reasons .every man claims he wants what our op just stated and more,simple women now pretend to be what you want till u marry them .many men have left that " lousy" girl for the "gentle calm" and ended up looking back to c the big mistake

It depends... I know a lady who was very quiet and homely in Uni those days. Today, she is over 40 and still unmarried. Meanwhile her wild, talkative friends and classmates who partied hard and made so much noise have long gotten married.
