The prevalence rate of HIV in Iceland is below 0.5 percent. It's not even up to 1 percent.

I'm trying to cite the flaw in the guy's logic that Iceland is more at risk of HIV because of homosexuality. Can you tell me a continent that is more disease-stricken like Africa where homosexuality is frowned at?
