Most of those clamouring for secession are too ignorant to fully appreciate the full implications of secession. If the east were to sceed today ,it won't be the same as the days of ojuwku. the pedigree men like azikiwe, mbadiwe etc who were our leaders of old cannot be compared the jokers we have in government today . Look at the eastern governors of today, with the exception of obiano and maybe sulivan chime, the rest are nothing to write home about. These governors and their henchmen are the same people that will be at the helm of affairs if an independent biafra is ever realised.
When you compare the land mass igbo speaking states to the population igbos, u realise if there was mass exodus from nigera to the east as a result of secession, there will be overpopulation in the east
Also, this time the south south will most likely stay on their own leaving the east with little oil of non comercial quantity no coastal cities. the two of which are very key to international comerce and revenue generation .

Most of the easterners have their business scattered all over the country this means they will be regarded as foreigners and may loose some privileges they enjoy today as nigeran

Easterners needs to let go totally of the unfortunate event of the past come to terms with the fact that the nigeran problem is ubiquitous be it south, East West or North we have clueless jokers who have little or nothing to offer in government who are stealing our money with impunity.
