It's almost impossible except one is in a coma and the separation is done before he/she dies.

They both eat, but the food goes to one stomach.

The walkin aspect quite interesting, since each Head controls one leg, they have to time it in a way that when one leg is foward the other backward. It took them quite a while to learn this.

One of then the heads is good in maths while the other is quite the talkative.
