Some of them are just talking trash. Let's assume the girls were not taken by any bokoharam and were just kept somewhere or that Boko haram actually took them but it was all planned by perpetrators of evil which to be honest is quite possible. But the question is :

1. Why wasn't Jonathan with all the power he had in the land while he was president not able to unravel the mystery and free the girls? Note that he had the support of all the army, police, airforce, navy, all intelligence departments, the CBN, the majority at the upper and lower chamber, the sympathy of Nigerians who wanted the girls released, the sympathy of the parents of the girls who would not have minded he shaming whoever are involved.

2. Why did Jonathan and his government claim there was no such kidnap only to come out 48 hours later to say they have the situation under control. If there was no kidnap, why the change of tone?

3. Could Nigeria's evil politicians have successfully fooled the whole world? Note, not a single intelligence department the world over has claimed there was no kidnap by Boko haram or that it was planned? Do we have more intelligence than Russia? The UK? The USA? China? Isreal and co? You may say USA wasn't supporting the GEJ government but he had ample support from China and Russia? If it was fake or planned how come none of these countries haven't said so so far?

3. BBC and many other media houses have had journalists ( I personally met one at BBC road at Ikoyi he and myself came for an interview with D1 of Kennis music unfortunately I can't share what I heard on here) doing their investigative work but none has been able to come up with your type of truth. They all must hate GEJ then?

I await your reply but off course I know no genuine thing will be said to this posers.
I quite agree with your opinion that the kidnap took place, judging from the questions you raised.
But unfolding events has given me a reason to believe there was a conspiracy. We cannot just rule out the leprous finger of the then opposition in the whole saga, the role played by Governor Shettima when he said he thought the president ought to have heard about the kidnap in the early hours, hence his decision not to inform him. The role played by the principal of the school where she could not provide the manifest of the students that registered for that particular exam, the inability of most of the students to read simple English, the kidnappers loading hundreds of students in a truck(s) and driving for kilometres without resistance from anywhere, the list goes on.
My brother, there is every reason for Thomas to doubt this.

For sometime now, Boko Haram has been resolute in killing our people, including soldiers. It begs the question, how come a government is negotiating for the release of a massive number of kidnapped victims, at the same time the kidnapper is so stern on killing more people? Isn't that acting from two opposing directions?
Secondly, the military recently claimed to have bombed Shekau, the supposed leader of the kidnap group, isn't that enough to have called off any negotiation that was already set in motion? Or are the girls no longer in the custody of the dreaded Shekau? I only but wonder.

I am not trying to make a case for Jonathan. I am not his sympathiser. Jonathan was just too slow to confront those that confronted him.
Lastly, the international community you mentioned, with specific reference to China, Russia, Uk.... They couldn't have done more than what the Nigerian state permitted them to do. Remember, the Uk government said they know where the girls are. Where they able to rescue them? Your guess is as good as mine.

All the super powers you mentioned are notorious when it comes to foreign policy especially when a weak country is involved.
They are still blaming themselves whether the Syrian chemical attack was staged or not, Sputnik Russian state media just apologized to Al Jazeera for falsely accusing them.

These countries can do anything, and that includes APC

No, just for the records, I'm not holding brief for this government, who I believe has messed up.

HOWEVER, regarding the Chibok saga, there is no way you can exonerate the C-in-C at that time. He is the CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER OF THE COUNTRY!!,

but if with army, airforce, SSS, police, NSCDC, etc at his beck and call, he was still AFRAID of some individuals, then he had no business being in that position. scam or no scam, HE must take full responsibility. end of

Let's assume it was staged as you have claimed. But Jonathan's lack of intelligence on the chibok issue as the Executive president of Nigeria only portray why he was tagged clueless and an ineffectual being. Despite all the power at his disposal he wasn't able to detect the chibok kidnapped scenario was a scam. It would have been better if you have kept mute, this your remarks will only further expose Jonathan's lapses. What's patriotism? You don't appear patriotic my brother . If I were you the first thing I will do was to felicitate and congratulate the families of the freed chibok girl before tendering my rebuttal. But you hate for this Government won't let you . Apart from the problem of corruption, the main reason why Nigeriatric as a country has not make much progress is the poor sense of judgement of most Nigerians due to their lopsided subject reasoning that is clouded by sentiments, bigotry, nepotism, and ethnicity.

These people are wrongfully claiming that they know more than the American and British intelligence, the international Red Cross and the Swiss government, with the last two publicly acknowledged by the Nigerian govt for their role in the girls release. I believe you have your own drones in the sky monitoring Sambisa or Boko Haram movement. You also have hundreds of your own intelligence community members sifting through millions of intelligent data..... gathered from multiple sources. If you think those nationalities who have made advanced progress in other parts of the world got things done through acts guided by sentiments, then whatever pound of flesh you are seeking, God will grant to you.
