No it's not.I don't really understand it but an observable thing there is that the results for the minimum and maximum voltage is always changing.You can see that it was 270v at a poiunt but rose to 300v at another time and this is what it does.I.e different voltages at different time but the minimum voltage is 240 at an average.Just take good/closer look at the image and u'll understand me.

the charge that is going into ur phone is not volt but ampere, u told me to explain before I explain I want to be sure of what am explaining, just check the second port and screen shot the result
