OK, if the second port gives you the same result as the first port that means the charger output is 1000ma or 1A(first port 500ma and second port 500ma)but the charger is displaying 2400ma or 2.4A meaning it's fake, how much you bought the charger

to be honest with you that charger rocks.....i have been using it for the past 8 months now i assure you that the charger is good.it charges fast and it very strong.i bought mine for 3k and its black............. its worth it really.

sometimes you need to change the cable which deem to be weak or due to its rating. some cable are 1.0, 1.5 or 2.0.
these are the rating of cables I know and believe better improvement in cable must have been incured but am yet to see it.
another area to note is the phone port for charging sometime it might need complete replacement.
am having issue with all completely and everything will be rectified soon because am a fan of quick charge...
thanks for the ampere meter I will further exerminate its usage when I have Power in my area.

And this are the screenshots of the results.

The highest is 310 mA after waiting for some time.

your battery is 5000mAh average charging for this large batter should be 1000mA, 1500mA and 2000mA which are equally to 1A, 1.5A and 2A respectively..
also not that when your charging is showing USB this means snail is faster to it.
I'll advice you to check random charger to evaluate your experience.

I used another charger( follow-come Itel 1516plus charger) on the same phone and the result using the ampere app is what you see in the pics above.
It was not the same Griffin Charger I used.

I missed some part but I fully understand you now..
that charger is not encouraging base on what was seen on your screenshots and I believe your battery will takes 3 to 4+ hours before it gets to 100%
