Hello this is d message sent to me by the consulate and i contacted the[www.ustraveldocs.com)but they told me they dont reschedule appointment for immigrant that is only non immigrant what is the next step hope to here from u thanks.
dear,
You are required to schedule an appointment online and come for an interview. Our appointment booking is currently handled by a Visa Support Services firm (CGI-Federal), which allows applicants to reschedule their appointment at their convenience.

In order to reschedule an interview appointment and pick up your immigrant visa issued in Lagos, you MUST complete the following steps:

Create an account on www.ustraveldocs.com/ng.
Once you create an account, you will need to create/register a profile.
You must schedule your visa interview appointment by following the instructions at http://www.ustraveldocs.com. You will need your DOS case numbers (*****)to schedule the interview.

Creating an account and rescheduling an interview is free. If you are having problems accessing or using the online appointment system (http://www.ustraveldocs.com), you may contact: support-nigeria@ustraveldocs.com or 01 4406218.

Write us at LagosIV@state.gov for the status of your case. Include your case number, petitioner, and beneficiary in your email.

Regards,

Thank you for your kind response.
I have this to say though, in the visa pick up slip I was given we were told not to contact the consular regarding this and that all enquiry should be to GSS...
Do you still think I should mail Lagosniv??

Once recommended for revocation, the Consulate no longer has jurisdiction over your case. If this just happened, you should wait several weeks for USCIS to receive the recommendation. USCIS will review the file and contact the petitioner with their decision. This could range anywhere from sending this back to the Consulate for review to a Notice of Intent to Revoke.

In short, write USCIS in two months.

Hello VO,

3 years ago, before I travelled to the USA as an Immigrant, while being interviewed, the interviewer VO asked If I'm in a relationship, and if he intends to marry fiancee. I said YES, and I was given a paper to sign and the VO requested for her name. Ever since I came to the USA, I work with the state, and have been in contact with my fiancee all the while. She's a graduate and already working. I intend to invite her for summer holiday for her vacation, Advice on what type of visa I need to put in for her please?

This is a non-immigrant visa question. If you want to invite her over to be married in the United States, then you need to file a K1 fiance visa. For further details, you should contact an immigration attorney.

Regards,
VO

Dear V.O, Of what length of time does it take for wife of a permanent resident to go for interview after filing? What are the factors that can speed or slow the processing of the interview? If this question has been previously answered let someone refer me to the thread because I suspect someone has been deleting this question for the third time. It is unfair everyone has equal right of speech and your question is as important as mine.

Hi officer thank you so much for your last explanation on the sb1 case, my name is Adebowale ericsson. I applied for a sb1 and it was approved I am currently in the USA, but I was given a file containing a lot of documents when I was receiving my visa. I was told not to open it and to give it to the officer at the port of entry, but I put in a different address in my form which I'm currently not living in. Sir please what was in that file? and is it really important for me to get it? please I need your reply

I have been deleting your question. As has been stated many (many) times before, any question that amounts to "how long" when you have not yet had your interview at the Consulate will be deleted. These questions need to be addressed to USCIS.

I don't understand this question. You're asked not to open the file but you want to know what's in it? Further, you're not sure if it's "really important," even though it needs to be given to the immigration officer who has the authority to let you enter the United States? I'm fairly certain you know the answer to these questions.

Good morning VO, good job is being done here.
Please give an insight to this inquiry.
When filing a petition with from i-130, what are the necessary supporting documents for the beneficiary to be submitted with the form? Or must the petitioner wait to be contacted be a case officer?
Re: U.S. Immigration Questions: Ask A U.S. Consular Officer by jayooh: 12:35pm On May 13, 2017
VO sir, is it compulsory to submit the supplemental information for (130a) along side the main i-130 as at the time of filing petition or its optional?

Goodday VO.
I commend you for all your assistance to great trend. I am also glad that you have been enjoying your stay in Nigeria as i read that you have been to Benin and cross river state.
Have you tried Nigerian food? I am sure you will like it when you do.

I recently got married to my girl friend who is a USC on the 19th april 2017 at ikoyi registry. We are in the process of submitting the petition to USCIS but i am curious, i will like to know if its imo chats, sceenshots of video and audio calls are enough as eveidence of communication? We dont use normal phone calls because of the cost since we talk for long and imo is better. Though i lost some of our chats and video screen shots for last year. Hope this wont be a problem?

Thank you sir/ma. I recommend you visit akwa ibom state. There i think you will get the best hospitality and food Nigeria has to offer.
PS: pls dont go to the North. Lol

The interview is for you to establish your relationship. The more relevant documents you can bring to support this, the better. If you are limited in your evidence, you may have a more difficult time getting your visa approved. But that is up to the interviewing officer to decide.
