Don't know if this is the right place to post this but I believe this section is the most viewed.
Please i call on well meaning nairalanders to kindly assist a brother. I have been down with an illness like for a week now and I don't know what it is.I usually feel faint and most times I feel like I want to pass out. I can't even stand up right for long. As it is now I urgently need to see a doctor but I don't have any money to see one. Would av done something but right now I can't even lift a bucket off the ground.
Please I call on nairalanders to assist me to be able to treat maself. I know how the economy is biting hard but I believe some people in here would be able to spare me some bucks.
With the rate of scammers this days, I know some would doubt this post, but it is with all honesty that I write this. I am for real.

you dont need to have money,if ur claims are true den l think we have doctors in this forum who mite be willing to help without u spending a penny,so u have to start by telling us ur location
