It's good that you changed this school. $204,000 for 4 years for a BS degree is unrealistic and ludicrous. I won't give the visa either if a Nigerian student should come with this unreal amount on his I-20, unless the student is sponsored by an organization.

I know you have so much love for Canada from this ID but you have to go for whichever comes first. Remember, a bird in hand.....

If US visa comes first, why would you say no? If picked by Canada, you can go get your document settled and come back to finish your studies in US before relocating finally. And if you want to stop studying in US totally, you could. Best!
