na EgunMogaji and justwise fit help u.. I no even get int'l passport so I don't know how travel things are been done for now.

EgunMogaji is a US citizen and doesn't like felony charges that might come from assisting foreigners in committing immigration fraud grin

I would advise OP, like I advise all others to only immigrate legally.

With eVerify, there will be no jobs of any repute to be hard.

Kudos to the real men... please am currently processing USA visa.. but am kinda scared of this Trump issue.. can someone please clarify me??

What Trump issue?

If you're in legally then he can't touch you.

You only need to be concerned if you intend to commit immigration fraud.

The way that they are deporting people this year is unprecedented. I am certain this year will have more deportees than any Obama years and he held the record of most deportings.

i need you to please advice me on this.
I have an interview by next week to travel to the US for Seminar.. This is a group Seminar because the company where I work are the one sponsoring the trip. But am really confessed about this.... Am wearing braces for my tooth ailment but I don't know if that might be a problem for me to get approved or if they might ask me the treatment history/record for the braces am wearing. I need you to advice, if I would need to take treatment record for my braces with to the embassy for the interview. Am confused, if they might take me about my braces or not.

Hello Sir, i have a friend abroad who owns a towing company. He's willing to assist me as much as possible.

If he gives me a job offer, do you think this will ease the visa process?

How much salary will he have to offer? that wouldnt be too bogus and at thesame time - little.

is there any other thing i will need to do to ease the process?

Help Needed. Getting An African Student into U.S. From Canada by Jayalp: 3:56pm

Hi-

Hope someone can help us. I am a retired American teacher who has fallen in love with a young woman from Tanzania. She has been turned down 5 times for an American visa (two times as a tourist/three times as a student though she has been accepted into a U.S. community college in NYC)...reasons usually given is that my sponsorship as family friend is not trustworthy and fear she will not return to her country

Now we have applied for, and obtained, a Canadian Student visa as she has been accepted into a college in Ontario. She will be arriving next week for term beginning May 8

Our goal is to get her a US Student via ASAP. Although we expect to get married, getting approval and visa that way would take much too long

MANY QUESTIONS:

1- Might she have success in getting transfer to US college in Canada even BEFORE attending college in Canada?

2- If not, what are chances of getting visa after one term

3- Re possible interview at US embassy, what questions might she be asked not asked before?

4- Any suggestions about how to deal with interview, also greatly appreciated

5- Any other ideas about getting her to NYC GREATLY appreciated

Please never let anyone be in your way of trying stuff.

That being said I doubt that tow truck drivers qualify for H1B visa. It's not a specialized job and he can get Americans to fill that job in a heartbeat.

If you're trying to apply for visitor visa I wouldn't even bring up the idea with the embassy.
