I track AFN package today I was able to get Italy service, ctn, CTGN, fashion TV but I could not get AFN channels, my lnbf skew is at in between 6 and 7 and that was the best position as I track, I use strong short neck lnbf and I removed the cover, the channels I got were cracking badly, forumites what should I do?, I used startimes dish, my location is Abuja

I use 90cm dish with strong short neck Lnb. I've never experience it.

Thanks for your feedback. My apologies for the delay in acknowledging. I do use a 90cm dish and Inverto Black Ultra LNB albeit on a motorised set up from 68E to 45W. My location is southern Ghana so maybe that's a factor. I will double check my satellite dish pole plumbness.

Nigcomsat-1R is @42°east. If it's difficult to you to track, first track dstv with 12245 v/h 27500, after hitting green put 12518 h 29500 and bring your dish down small by left standing at the back of your dish. both mpeg 2,4,and HD you are good to go.

..you can only get al Jazeera news crystal clear on 90cm...but not the package..

I tried this steps all to no avail. It's like the signal is gone. When I tracked with 12518H2500 it was a smooth sail but this new tp 12518H29500 is not just working for me. Hours under the sun yet no green, I keep picking multi TV signal.

No Aljezeera on the above TP, I just blind scanned. All stations there are scrambled. Although, I am managing the one on Megachoice.

I meant that aljazeera package is no longer available on small antenna like 90cm/Ku band etc...but al Jazeera news channel is on ses@22west 11053V40000 with superb picture quality unlike al Jazeera on eutelsat@16east (megachoice)with poor picture quality!
