A man has shared photos of the current state of his house and other houses in his area after a 9-hour rainfall today in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state. According to reports, many people have been rendered homeless due to the ravaging floods which have overtaken their homes. See pictures below;

Kk..this is what happen when your house on water path,with out drainages to suppress water flow

My advice is that you start a fish pond in your house grin

Tip 1: buy lands and rent houses during rainy season.
Tip 2: Use a good surveyor/professionals, not your BIL that knows cement-sand ratio.
You don't wanna be a victim of poor drainage and other environmental factors, prevalent in Nigeria.
