Talk to your mom? Before you go searching for the outlaw, you start with the inlaw. It's similar to when a crime is committed, the police 1st interrogate & eliminate the inner circle or the family, before they can venture out to talk to an outsider. At least to me, that's the logical way. Your mom should be able to understand your concerns better than someone who's just a friend. TBH, it's kinda gross for a mom to be having relationships with her son's peers. I hope she hears reason & is not the selfish type that puts her needs before the needs of her children.

My mum is an adult and I have no right (unless I have lost my damn mind) to tell her what she should or not do with her private life. If it was something illegal or against the law, it would be different, but love/sex ain't got nothing on me..... So, I would thank my friend for the job but also remind him that his act with my mum is despicable, thus that friendship would end for good. I will wish them both happiness, and ask mum to never meet me while with him.
