The unidentified young girl was found inside the gutter at Ikomi, by MacPherson road in Sapele, Delta State in the early hours of today, May 29.

It was gathered that a man found her there around 5am and brought her out. She is still alive but has remained unconscious since then. It is not clear what exactly happened, how she fell into the gutter or if someone attacked and pushed her into the gutter.
