Please do! The beauty of history is that it always repeats itself. Victims and oppressors never learn from the past.

Then again, history should guide us on the kind of battles to fight.

God be with us. Stay safe. Cheers

Biafra is for the South East and any of the Igbo brothers in the South that wants to go with them. However, other ethnic groups especially Urhobos, Isokos, and Itsekiris WILL NEVER join Biafra! Worse comes to worse, we'll declare our own independence. If Igbos can do theirs, we can do ours! But for now, we want a restructured Nigeria!

As for the FG parastatals, I'm sure they'll be "occupied" as Biafran property na.

DON'T BE TO SURE ABOUT D ND. I NO CROSS RIVER N MAYBE SOME AKWA IBOM PPLE WILL DEFINITELY FOLLOW. IN D END WAT WILL DECIDE D SIZE OF BIAFRA WILL BE INTERESTS. SOME WILL ASK WHICH IS BETA, STAYING IN NIGERIA OR GOING WITH D IGBOS. I CAN BET U DAT MOST TRIBES IN PLACES LIKE RIVERS, CROSS RIVER N EVEN AKWA IBOM WOULD RATHER GO WITH D IGBOS DAN BE PART OF NIGERIA. IF U DOUBT IT, I DARE FG TO DECLARE A REFERENDUM 4 BIAFRA, U WILL SURPRISED D NUMBER OF OTHER MINORITY GROUPS DAT WOULD WANT TO JOIN BIAFRA. DATS Y D NORTH R AFRAID OF BIAFRA.

Those beating the drum of war should know that this is 21st century, the world is watching,UN is watching, a single shot will not be heard,if it is God willing Biafra will come without war, Biafrans have fought the war already and will not fight again.

There is a strong will behind this agitation. Whether they get it now or not, Nigeria can't hold them forever, so it'll definitely happen as time goes on.

Referendum is the best way to go,if they say yes then grant them Biafra. smiley angry wink

Which referendum? The best referendum is for every biafran agitator to relocate to the biafra soil.
you can't live in sin and expect the grace to abound, so you can't be crying in Nigeria con expect biafra to be a reality

Biblical Israelites left Egypt despite pharaoh's opposition. But here, I can't really see any 'Pharaoh', but biafrans whose minds are not made up.
Resign enmasse from this zoo, close all shops here, sell off your properties and head for biafra land. Refuse to field candidates for all federal positions con those who are these should resign immediately. Theidea of fighting for the one in the position of deputy Senate presidency is, to say the least, absurd.
Even those at tower of Babel were unstoppable by God until he stood to act.

Let see any government TgT will stop the moving train that the whole world is seeing actually moving.

My question is WHEN. When will the Urhobos, isoko and Itsekiri realise that push has come to shove? Is it when they have killed everyone to the last man?

Instead of Fratermathy to fight to ensure that

1) Urhobos control at least 50% of their oil resources

2) Urhobos work in those oil companies

3) The headquarters of those oil companies should relocate back to Urhobo land

4) Fulani herdsmen should leave Urhobo land

The Musiwa of Urhobo land is busy fighting the Igbos who have attracted national and international attention to their plight

Fratermathy keep musiwaing and deluding yourself

Happy Biafran day to the Igbos,Nigeria is like insanity, repeating it all the time amounts to insanity, i suggest we the youth start look for alternative solutions , if the country is broken into smaller regions will it succeed,i see countries like Benin, Togo, Ivory Coast Ghana becoming economic power hoiuses, while we cannot even get the issue of elecricity right,

if Nigeria were divided into regions, the government will have no choice but be accountabale, SARS woint be stealing ATM cards, Fulani Herdsmen cannot even come and kill the Middle belters, religious riots in the northwhere christains will be killed will be a thing of the past, every region will have a common intrest, that is its people, unlike presently where it is just a tribal intrests .

1. A little secret about Ivory Coast ,Benin ,Togo....they are all heavily subsidized by France.

2.Here is why we got rid of the old regions
a) Minority tribes were being run roughshod over by majority tribes. That is even a big part of the reason why your Biafra collapsed.
b) Even in regions where one tribe dominates...like Western region....everyone and his father could not agree completely.
c)Accountabbility? Corruption was just as bad under the old regional system. Go and read Nzeogwu's coup speech...especially the bit where he refers to ten-percenters.
d)Bad policemen? Under the old regional system we had the Native Authority Police...whose job most of the time was to opress citizens for 'taxes' . And crisis...they were just poor in controlling crisis. See the Tiv riots of 1964....where the Army had to take over from the regional police.
And the pogroms of 1966 were made easier by the fact that the Police was regionalised. There is a very good reason why we have a federal police.....
e)Religious riots a thing of the past? Sorry....but not going to happen. Same thing with FUlani herdsmen...they were roaming around the country long before there was even a Nigeria.Reason why you do not hear of clashes in the past was because the population was smaller then (1963 census: 55million Nigerians. 2006 : 120million Nigerians. And the land no dey get bigger).
f)Every region has common interest? In this era where even tiny tribes like my own are asking for state?

Nigeria's problem is not division. Nigeria's problem is that people want to share money. And they are ready to fight over it. Which in my mind is what is driving all this secession things...as well as the Boko haram, religious, etc crisis. We are a lazy people. We want to eat money. And if we don't get our money we will fight....together or apart.

I don't begrudge Igbos fighting for Biafra.....but I don't support it because the same bad Naija spirit will follow you into Biafra. In other words....it won't solve your problems. There. I have said it. Call me names...but I have said it. Sort that corrupt Naija heart issue out. And start by ending support for people who steal your money today....and then claim persecultion when they are caught. Same goes for other parts of obodo Nigeria.

"... The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here.
It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced.
It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us—that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion—that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain—that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom ..."

In memory of the Biafrans who paid the ultimate sacrifice, I pay my humble respects today 30 May 2017.

How about they start considering channeling this massive followership into organizing for better integration and representation in the Nigerian project? From there, they can push for restructuring and the others.

It won't work. Don't you get it till now?
