Maybe you mistake my intentions. I do want the Igbos to go. Nigeria is a bad setup for the nature of Igbos. The kind of politricking that goes on in Nigeria is not what Igbos want to do. So their best bet is to have a self-government region or nation where they can rule themselves however they should.

However, the Igbo secessionists should realise that one of the problems with Nigeria is its multiethnic nature. If Biafra is to succeed and be different from Nigeria, it should be a purely Igboid nation; an Alaigbo! Sadly, many Ipob youths go on the rampage adding uninterested tribes that are even apathetic to Igbos in the cause. It is this that I have a quarrel with.

That shouldn't bother you because no body can be dragged to be part of what they don't desire and I don't get bothered either by tne addition of other ethnic groups by the online IPOB youths, but one thing I'm so sure of is that the Igbos have realized what they want and they want is so badly, even if it means giving their lives for exchange.

Unlike the rest of us who want to continue dying in pains,in a country where electricity is a luxury, medicare is an illusion, good roads is so impossible to get, water, good schools etc since 1960 till date. What do we really believe in?In the corrupt gvernment or the fact that IPOB is creating more awareness for the pregressive minded people?

My man, forget about what you think of them and capitalize on all the negative things one Nigeria represents:greed, wickedness, hatred, tribalism, bigotry etc.

I have great news for you! you wont have brain cancer, you know why? because you have no brain. On the map of your imaginary Biafra, is Lagos a part of Biafra? everyone who closed their shops in the south-east, did it out of fear of attack by IPOB HOOLIGANS. Funny though, IPOB only began when APC took over. MASSOB has more credibility than PDP SOUTH-EAST CHAPTER i mean IPOB....ferk off tribalist ferk face!

steppins:

Keep deceiving yourself. Are you crying for the bereaved?
I guess the igbos in Lagos who closed their shops are also afraid of Ipob abi?
Ndi ofe fûcktards!

Mujtahida:

Your last paragraph is really baffling. It's scary too and portends ill. If I were an Urhobo man or any of the minorities in the south I will fight not to be part of this kind YOUR own Biafra.
If I love freedom so much to the extent that I begin to force it on you because I perceive you are bound, what am I?
In the tenor of your voice I perceive that what is a dream for you will be a nightmare for other Minorities and from there new battles for freedom will ensue till your Biafra fragments into a mess of disintegrated fras.

Why not extend to other human beings, tribes, ethnic groups the same freedom of choice, the same grace you are so painfully crying out for? I have heard of the unity beggars and now I am seeing the FREEDOM DICTATORS. Most tyrants and most totalitarian regimes begin by promising freedom.

There's a primitive tribe in the forest of the Amazon called the Piraha. Here's a quote from the article on Wikipedia " Daniel Everett states that one of the strongest Pirahã values is no coercion; you simply don't tell other people what to do" Wikipedia. com

Please as a civilised Biafran in the making, do take a cue from this primitives. Cheers

I agree 100% the poster wants self determination from Nigeria, but seeks to deny it to a smaller tribe if there were a Biafra. He has the same mentality he claims to be fighting against with Nigeria. For a smaller tribe it would be the case of changing one abuser for another and I'm ashamed of the poster for even suggesting it...just a bully.

;Dit's just the truth sir.....if naija was like China, igbos will hate the idea of biafra
And I tell people that if biafra is eventually created, it will be better than Nigeria. Tho the looting and other corruption practices will continue but it will surely be better. Nigerians, especially igbos, are natural hustlers. Give them light, good roads, education, security, food, good medical facilities, they will work their ass off even if the govt doesn't invest in their doings
I drop my iPad here.....hustle continues
I tend to agree with you but the major challenge would be Igbos who have investments in other parts of the country. For instance, we have Igbos in Lagos, Abuja, Kano etc. Should they live all what they've worked for ? That's the main thing we should consider.
A colleague was telling me that he prays Biafra succeeds. He said he will just locate one Igbo man's house and kill him.

Blockhead, the issue is not whether you need the oil or neither about our development. It is about the effectiveness of your so called sit-at-home in PH! If the Niger-delta is polluted, it is none of your business! We don't want you to come and "develop" our place with drug trafficking. Leave Niger-delta with her problems it is none of you problems. You have enough problem to face in your virtual biafrauud republic. Continue living in your imagination of your biafrauud republic and leave us alone!
Little flatttron, did you hear me?

Show pictures to show that the sit at home failed in PH.. I have seen pictures showing that it was a success there.

My man, forget about what you think of them and capitalize on all the negative things one Nigeria represents: greed, wickedness, hatred, tribalism, bigotry etc.

I understand all these things. Everyone is tired of Nigeria, to be honest. Nothing works. However, how will Biafra be better? That is the question Biafrans should ask themselves! Here is a list of JUST 10 of the problems with Nigeria:

1. Multiethnicity
2. Corruption (endemic to EVERY ethnic group in Nigeria)
3. Mutual hatred (even within same ethnicities)
4. Pull-Him-Down Syndrome
5. Self-before All (my own, my own mentality)
6. Dishonesty (shown by EVERYONE)
7. Tribalism (this is pretty obvious, even within homogenous ethnic groups)
8. Lack of maintenance culture
9. Laissez-Affairez behaviour
10. Youth unrest and crime (both domestic and international)

Now the question again is how will all these, and many more unlisted problems, suddenly vanish in Biafra? Won't the Biafrans be the Nigerians we see today in Anambra, Enugu and Imo? Will they fall from the sky? Will their leaders be killed? What exactly will happen?

Granted, the only thing Igbos may assuredly gain from Biafra is the ability to dominate their government and have the political might to do whatever they wants. It is this might that Yoruba and Hausa checkmates in Nigeria.

Talking about minorities now: with the Igbo might left unchecked by any majority group in Biafra, who knows what will happen? Who knows? Let's forget about the idealism and utopia propagated by the IPOB members. All those are propaganda. Let us face the real reality once and for all.

I wish Biafra well and if it comes to fruition and succeeds, it is well and all good. But Biafra will have better chances as an Igboid contry. Leave the minorities to sort out themselves. If they want Nigeria, fine! If not, fine! But let them speak for themselves! Freedom and freewill are important human rights! You can't force anything on them, even a referendum! They'd have to demand for one first before they get it.

You should be the one celebrating mediocrity because I doubt you even know the meaning.Must everyone share tne same belief in this life? These are people who say no to humiliation by people who claim they own Nigeria and decided to set a day aside for themselves to honour their slain brothers and sisters who died as a result of fighting for what tney believe in and you guys are here killing yourselves.

If you've ever left the shores of Nigeria and still believe in Nigeria,I pity you because you don't have bearing;but if you've never left the shores of Nigeria I honestly encourage you to try giving your life a meaning by seeing what life is all about and not spewing trash behind your phone. If they had been protesting all over their states and been used as soft targets by our trigger happy military,it would've been a welcome development to you, right?

A man who can die for what he believes in is a real man, while a man who believes in nothing and dies for anything or nothing is called a fool.Be indifferent to whatever they're agitating for or you stop criticising them. They have the right to so no to any form of oppression.
