TO ME THE MOST GLARING PROOF That THE NONE EXISTENCE OF THE ABRAHAMIC GOD Is only a reasonable conclusion can be vividly arrived at when we ask questions that weighs reality with what we are to believe and to me the best demonstration is from children born in innocence. Why would God create such children. I more importantly, I why should surgeons be responsible for such children born with defects.? Why can't we just take them to God in prayer. I wonder if God can separate conjoined twins for example. Does this provoke some logical thoughts?

The image referred to in Genesis is not physical but spiritual, just as the death mentioned to Adam and Eve as consequence for eating the fruit is a spiritual death (separation from God).

I do agree about the spiritual death, but didn't they both have to also die physically..cause had they not eaten from the tree they would've lived eternally right?

That baby born that way, unfortunately, is a result of a sin-ravaged world. We were not told that we would be born in a perfect world....because right now...in its present state....it is not.

taking the Genesis story literal, they didn't have eternal life.. they were driven out of the garden so that they won't eat from the tree of life and live eternally.. just yet..

it was caused by an irregularity.. probably in the DNA or something.. not sure tho.. many of these cases have causes.. most being not so “natural".. e.g radiation which causes mutation etc.. just like how many natural disasters are beginning to have a not so natural cause... deformities have different causes but i don't know the cause so i can't judge

Right...but.....what I was saying was had they "not" eaten the fruit, then they would've lived eternally.
The moment they disobeyed & ate the fruit....they began to die spiritually & physically.
They then had become imperfect creatures...thus the process of decay began.
