You call futa a whole university? A university that relies solely on goverment allocation is nothing but a glorified high school. For your information, futa is not even up to college standard. Just hear yourself "when you want your satellite up there you just have to launch it with a rocket when their astronauts are going". Is a rocket or space shuttle molue? If it is that easy, then there will be more than a billion satellites in orbit. We have too many unintelligent people like you in nigeria and that is the reason the country is so backward.
