i am lagosian but you can say this again.

lagos still has by far, the most progressive set of leaders since the return to democracy and we are the best performing state compared to all other states in nigeria.

but i give this to cross river and ask the LASG to take this up as a challenge and finish up the rail project in lagos. it has taken too long already
