Pls, can someone let me know if there's anywhere it's written in our constitution that presidency should be rotated between the North and the south. I really don't understand how it's an injustice that the north that got power in 2007 after their usual "power must return to the north" failed to complete the 8 years they had at their disposal and now it's looking like the same movie is playing out. If you're for equity and fairness then you should be in support of an Igbo president in 20019. Except of course you're using the guise of fairness to the north to drum support for your new part APDA or is it ADPA.

Fact is, the years of northern military rule cannot be wished out of our history hence the north cannot claim to be "marginalised". The south east? Maybe. But even they have lead the senate either as president or deputy for almost all our years of democratic governance. My point is, competence rather than tribe or ethnicity should be favoured in the coming elections.
