The Jet company clearly stated that Dammy used his S7 to try 5 different credit cards, while the other guy used a different device to try 5 different credit cards too.

This is a very easy case to investigate because the company has the full blueprint of the transaction, which also has the details of the devices used. Technology does the talking, not sentiment.
