You need to remain know bed! Only time you are to get up is of you have to use the toilet.

Am having mild lower abdominal pain and backache,any doctor in d Ouse pls help me out I've bin place on bed rest but am still very worried
: d blood is not frequent jst like a drop after some hours

Remove the thought of ur pregnancy being threatened from ur mind, affirm positively.
Likely reasons for bleeding in early pregnancy is either old blood from d uterus, bruising on d cervix from intercourse, and also low progesterone levels.
Was it a doctor that placed u on bedrest? I am of the opinion he/she should have placed you on some form of progesterone support (duphaston or preferably cyclogest) if u can afford it, I'll advice u go get cyclogest pessaries and insert vaginally nightly till after ur 13th week.
Leave house chores be for now, stay away from hot spicy foods, pineapple, pawpaw, alcohol and SEX.
Drink lots of water at least 3-4L daily.
Relax and pray!

when I was so sick with Ms,advice I was given was leave everything,buy meals. Highest I did was pick up for, 10mins.back to bed. It's well, how the house looks should be the least of your problems. You need all energy for you and baby.

Will shea butter not clog the baby's pores? Are these ones better or should I just go with the normal baby oil and cream? I have both but I want to know which is better so I can stock up on it.

As for powder on babies, I don't use it often except for when the need arises like a case of heat rash.

I am a little bit emotionally down at the moment. One of my sisters just called this morning and was crying that she lost her pregnancy again.

She is just like 8-10 weeks now. This should be the third she'll be loosing.

After she lost the second pregnancy, she went to a general hospital where they did the evacuation and told her to come immediately she got another BFP.
She did as advised and they gave her progestrone injection twice a week since 3 weeks now but just to wake up this morning to see red blood everywhere......

I am sincerly not happy......

May God console her and help her situation...

Mama I beg u pls leave house chores. Forget abt every other thing and pamper urself. Don't worry after u deliver the chores will still be there for u. If possible only get up when u need to bath n use d rest room.

Goodnews!!!, my bestie Has put to bed oo after years of TTC, after plenty micarriages, after plenty nights of tears and weeping, God has done what no man can do. Am so excited. she didn't even know she was in Labour, she left the house about 9pm on Sat by 10pm her princess came, on Sun morning they were discharged, Isn't dis God Awsome. To every Gtc mum, there is Notting too hard for God to do just trust and wait on him.

Please be consoled. I just cannot ignore having experienced the pains of waiting.
Your sister needs to heal, needs support. And when Jehovah does the next, she shd be on strict bed rest and be properly monitored and with prayers, she will carry to term in Jesus name.

I don't advertise hospitals, infact I didn't give birth there cos of the charges since I also had HMO, Dr. Akilo at Good Tidings hospital @ Surulere (google for contact details) has a good record with issues like this. I was with him for 8 weeks on bed rest, monitoring, progesterone support et al. I pray all will be well with her very soon
