My dear, just let dem dey yarn. I don lose money taya for tenant. They prefer to pay lawyer than pay rent. Abi na farming person never try be it poultry or plantain farming or shop?
For diaspora people it is far, far worse. Nobody wants to sweat to make your business prosper. They'll rather siphon your money.
