The question was something like "are you currently pursuing your bachelor's degree or Master's degree or do you currently have a bachelor's degree or Master's degree?" Everyone applying currently has a bachelor's degree. You ought to pick "Yes". Go and reapply, with another email preferably.

He may have missed it just as most of us miss reading terms and conditions and just tick/click along anyway. Fine prints are quickly overlooked.

No, not necessary. Once there is CCTV camera around you, you can connect your laptop to it through infrared, and do your interview facing the CCTV camera.

What if he does find that connection after this stage ? You know he can't come back and register again and this might be a prerequisite for that connection to work.

To make certain things work, you have to defy some rules. Are you saying everyone applying hasn't lied or won't lie along the line? Lie Na lie...
Who knows, maybe he takes part in every tests before the certificates verification, and outperform everyone(including the so called first class and 2-1)? You think shell won't consider this before his 2-2? Think again.

it can be done any time. It's not a live interview. Its a recorded software but you have only a single attempt to record your answer which you will upload after answering the five questions. Apple Ipad is very nice for it. With airtel hotshot WiFi connection. It was superb.

Is the 'trainee production engineer' not quite same as 'production manufacturing'?

You should answer 'yes' to that question. They want to know if you have an Msc, or are currently pursuing one, or currently have a BSc. I presume you have a BSc. So answer 'yes'

I feel you should, I got the video interview link which is the stage one, guess the video interview is now the stage one as against the abstract, Numerical test and others. So take your test, after which the second link should come or you just await it.

Pls is after the video interview that the numerical/cognitive testing will occur?..I've done the video recording stuff but haven't seen any avenue for the num. aspect.

from my* observation .... you can do any first
but i will advice you do the cognitive first ie verbal, numerical and abstract before the video.
