okay perhaps you check quora ...there is an answer there on how our subconscious mind stays conscious and stores all sort of information even if we are totally oblivious of it....this particular questions of yours bugged me some years back after reading some teachings from reputable amorc Rosicrucians and grail teachings also it gave me a lot of insight as to how and why ...good luck

Yea sleep is such a great favour from the almighty God. Without sleep for a few days it's death. Growth and cell repairs and renewal occurs during sleep. Every adult need a daily sleep of approximately eight hours, however the duration decreases with age

my best bet is you had a lucid dream and your body in way snaps out REM before REM could finish and you have what they call false awakening you fully aware of your surrounding but sleep paralysis won't let you move or act out ...some esoteric teaching give guide lines on how to self induce a lucid dream

Any idea what I can do about this lucid dream, this thing makes me worry especially sleeping in the dark without a light. I noticed that I will definitely have a bad dream and in that moment I will like to gain control of my self in other to Wakeup. Most at times I sleep with lamp on because I hate light on when sleeping

Can you please explain this. While you are asleep and you hear a loud voice shouting 33-86 ....... 33-86 ..... 33-86 and when you wake up. You go straight to a lotto kiosk and played the number. And when the result comes out you realised 33-86 is in the result. What will you call this. For real it happened to me last month.

yes, you tell us about the people and places we see in our dreams. these are faces we ve come across in real life. their images are stored in our subconscious and recalled during our dreams.

I often experience it whenever I pray fervently. I used to think it was a witchcraft attack but recently, I heard on one of the radio programs that the cause of it is that the whole of our body doesn't wake up at once. When u experience it, what it means is that ur brain has woken up while the rest of ur body is still asleep and u will find it difficult to move ur body at that moment.
