OP OP, na Android Nougat feature na, it's not really exclusive to Tecno but it's cool sha, thanks for showing us how to do it, much appresh!

Well if you feel the split screen is very useful, it doesn't make it any less gimmicky. Gimmicky doesn't mean useless. It could mean that the feature is way ahead of it's time and is only good for "show" or to impress at this time.

Multi window isn't way ahead of it's time. Infact, it's way behind. Samsung debuted multi window 4years ago.
Google called it the most prominent feature of Nougat.
Android Authority calls it their favorite Nougat feature.
Samsung's air swipe gesture, now that is gimmicky because using the thumb/finger to perform swipe/scroll is easier and more natural.

Is it useful now, err maybe not quite there. To me the screen of a phone is way too small to ever consider using the split screen feature. A tablet however is great for split screen

I've never been this passionate about Tecno but I think they have great features even aside from this and the prices are very affordable compared to other brands if you want to get them new. So I'm just stating the obvious here.

You Carry for head as a good feature on 5.5" phone..

LG g2 released in 2013 can do this right from when it was released.

The credit shouldn't be given to Tecno as it's not an exclusive feature. This is a pure Nougat feature and would work on any Nougat enabled phone.
