A friend of mine who did his yesterday told me it is impossible to answer all the question within the stipulated time.

I want to find out if that was true, did anyone finished the test within the stipulated time?

The missing keyword missing here is "correctly".

So yes, it is possible to finish all the questions within the stipulated time. But there MAY not be enough time to finish them correctly.

For instance, I attempted 23/24 in the Verbal section, 13/16 in Numericals and 6/10 in Abstract . So yes, I would have "finished" the questions "correctly" but for want of time.

yes ooo. At a stage, I found that I was deep into giving details, and I saw myself at the next stage. I guess when your time is up , they push you forward.

What exactly are you saying bros? . That is obciously not from Cubiks. However, they sent the notification mail based on Cubik's assessment results.

The message is clear. Both the application and assessment processes are not yet over. Interviews are also part of the assessment.

Ultimately, people will be dropped from on stage of the assessment process or the other till the lucky few receive their employment letters.

I've been silent reading comments. But this time, I must comment using my smartness as my strength. I may not be vocal in speaking English but I'm good at writing it. From my studies, I gathered that this New Recruitment Process was laid-out by Shell Graduates @Shell_UK. Nigeria doesn't have a hand in it, they recruit themselves on basis of their core values(honest, intergrity, respect). They are nt looking out ur educatn but how best u are: in listening to instructns cos as a Graduate under training, u need to adhere to instructns for safety purposes. How quick to take in a problem job/project in a given time. How best you could communicate to others around u. Be wise, smart & careful. Only remember that "even if u fail today, never give up cos u are a CONQUEROR." That's the spirit, let it live in u. Cos in me? It will live "Forever!"

From the look of things, applications are being accessed by;
1. Personality test
2. Cognitive test
3. Video interview
4. CV
Probably in that order for this year's application. So, the longer one gets a reply, it probably shows one got successful in some of the sections.
Let's keep our fingers crossed still and see as I am sure at least one person here will testify to passing this stage!!!
