For the sake of your application ask if they could send you a letter to cover the mistake made on their part and to state the issue of changing only when at the school already.....

I did so immediately after I got my offer letter, spent a lot on calls & I also emailed. They said as at then that they were giving priority to spring applicants. Because of them I held down my application for 2weeks after I had gotten my documents ready. I had to go ahead and apply because time was flying. Till date, I have still not gotten a response from them regarding that yet they keep emailing us their welcome packages & asking students to send their flight itinerary to them

I will advice u leave ibadan a day b4 ur application date (after work in the evening )n then go to do ur medical at children's practice(cos they open by 8am but u have to be there b4 then), after ur medical u can now move to alagbon for ur police report (they open around 9am), after then u can now move down to lekki to apply for ur visa. NB: my reason for this sequence is cos it will be hard for police to attend to u by 8am so instead of wasting that precious 1 hour u should go first to do ur medical as u can do that from 8am and then move to do ur police report after that

I submitted the required documents yesterday to CIC through their email and I got the automated response that they received the email.

While playing on mycic account this morning I saw a space where I can upload the required information.
In the letter they sent to me they said I should submit through email but I have also seen a letter from someone who applied through paper and linked online just like myself and he was asked to upload through mycic account.

My fear is that they get tons of mails daily, hope they don't ignore the mail? Should I go ahead and still upload the documents on mycic although I have sent it to them through email?

They asked for email...stick to email. Just hope you boldly included you application number and UCI number. They will find your email. Fear not!

Evening house. Please I have a question. My school made a little error on my address on my offer letter. They wrote 186 instead of 18b, street name was intact just d number. It's a mistake on their part and they admitted it but they said I can only change it when I get to school at the appropriate office. All my documents show 18b. Please I hope there will be no problem regarding this at the embassy.

If there is no mistake in your name, course of study and travel document number, then you have nothing to worry about.

To answer your question, you can't use jst any random station to get ur police report, the popular one that people use is the central criminal registry (CCR) at a alagbon in ikoyi.

To save u any future wahala I think u shld jst get ur police report from CCR in ikoyi

Every police clearance you do must surely get to alagbon, if you do it in defence head quaters abuja, they still take it to alagbon. It will take you days.
