This is a severe form of acne. The best advice I have for you is to see a dermatologist. However, if you can't afford that, then you can choose one of the following. The treatment line here is based on the major culprit for acne which is the bacteria called Propionibacterium acne. There are different antibiotics to combat it which include
1. benzoyl peroxide: it is available as topical preparation. Check nearby pharmacy. It has some side effects you should check out for.
2. tetracycline at 500mg twice daily for 3 months. If no improvement after this period, then, your bacteria is likely resistant to tetracycline
3. doxycycline at 100mg once daily.
4. minocycline at 100mg once daily or 50mg twice daily.
Choose any of these regimen to combat the bacteria that causes acne. All the best bro.

so you are a teen. Well, just avoid roasted groundnuts, chose your vegetable oil carefully, wash your face at least twice a day apart from bath time, never sponge your face while bathing(use your hands with soap), fall in love with water and fruits. Start with these and you'll see changes.

cut off every form of sugary intakes,no more soft drinks ,juice etc, vry vry important
buy exfoliating soaps like fair nd white to remove dead skin cells.
wash ur face wit warm water to open pores den splash cold water to close ur pores.
Do a mixture of lemon and honey and apply before bed
nvr touch ur face wit bare hands,use a clean handkerchief everyday, have a different towel for ur face,wash ur pillow case every 3days.
increase ur intake of raw garlic, one or 2clove every night
u need to change ur diet,no more junk foods like snacks, indomie etc.
increase ur intake of b complex, folic acid pills etc, vitamins.
also visit a skin dermatologist if u can afford it

I can understand what you are going through,but I would advise you seek professional advice dermatologist to further diagnosed the causes of such skin disease.

furthermore,stop the use of harsh or irrational substance that could also cause a reaction to your skin and make you uncomfortable at night.

use regular white power to calm the temperature and relief yourself of pains by having regular calm in a cool weather environment..... stop any further application forthwith until you see a dermatologist for proper counseling.....

Tho I bliv pimples is time. I used epiderm back den wen it was disturbin me nd I still keep 1 in my room jst incase of anyoda tin. Recommended it to a guy dat has it like u in my area some weeks bak nd he's improving. Wash ur face with warm water nd apply it morning nd nyt. For just #450 go get ur EPIDERM now.

the pimples I had was as bad as this if not worse.. I used almost all what was prescribed here..

funny enough.. what worked is cheap. I used Ori mixed with tetracycline and one other black stuff I bought from a local herb seller (elewe omo).. it cleared everything including spots.. just forget all these chemicals and go natural.

Hello Millitude, I once had severe acne. Firstly cut down on peanuts and oily foods. Don't self medicate, it doesn't work! I would strongly suggest you see a dermatologist. He would recommend a series of tests and possibly do a culture of the puss. If you are in Lagos, I will recommend you visit Bidson Skin Centre on Murtala Muhammed Road, Yaba, it is a few doors from Psychiatric Hospital. You will be glad you did. All the best.

Hi, Please get this stuffs it could help. I do have pimples just like yours then

Use warm/tepid water to wash your face every night before sleeping

Get a facial cleanser from a reliable store, Get Clean and Clear Salicylic acid medication oil fighting formula that treats and prevent pimples. use it every night before sleeping its around 1,500

Then the most important one I used then is Neo Medrol it will combat with the pimples within weeks, I got it 1,200 then it won't be more than 1,500 now or a lil above that.


Or get Pharmaderm its a kinda sulfur cream that helps to dry up pimples

Watch your diet, do u consume groundnuts and butter in excesss. cut down on those faattty foods. Eat more vegetables and fruits. And bet u will heal up, talking from experience. Before taking your bath, apply ypur bathing soap for about twenty minutes and let it dry. Get vista plus cream and apply evenly on your face. Drink lots of water tooo.

you got it, lady. applying soap on the face few minutes before bathing is the way to go, he'll see changes in 3 days

Go to any pharmacy close to you n ask for vaya. The cost is around 1000 naira or more now. This one works almost instantly. Try it n you'll never regret to do.

Use any face cleanser with salicylic acid I think Palmer's skin success has one made for the face containing it(That was the brand I used)
If you cant use that, thrn make sure to wash your face with regular black soap(buy good one from the market not the industrial ones like dudu osun) Use a good skin moisturiser on your face after washing with the black soap. The mistake many people make is not moisturising their face after washig. It makes your skin prone to pimples. I use sheabutter(small quantity) after washing my face.

Go and buy black seed oil. Search the shopping malls. Or google it on where u can buy in your state of residence. This oil will clear all for sure. You can thank me later. Secondly be mindful of your personal hygiene. Thirdly you shldnt even think of bleaching cream. What was your intentions. Anyway go get black seed oil. And add Braggs apple cider vinegar if you have money to buy that one. Was the face, dab with apple cider vinegar with the mother. Then apply black see oil. Wish you well.
