The salary is 55k while target bonus is 40k. They can't compute the target bonus as your actual salary because it's variable.

They're paying both the salary and target bonus this June.

I have worked for some shitty firms Buh dis will go down as d shittiest. And to think I couldn't make it to two there interviews cuz of fatigue from Firstbank. If you are in d south west Whatsapp group, two guys wr removed for complaining. Attitude of FB on dis issue is what is almost making me go awol. Nd for ur information. Some branches have increased targets to 40. Some 35.

I was amazed when someone complained on the group chat against the injustice first bank did, some of the colleagues said he is too blunt, imagine that, becos they have settled for less and dey won't bother to express Der displeasure abt the sudden change....let just do it with patients knowing fully well that it is difficult to meet target, especially when u have done alot for June which isn't going to count for u...
There are places where customer care and marketers drag customers with geek...tell me how dey wan meet target... Won't be surprise in the next 3 months if dey ask us to stop working..
